You silly ego


Oh you silly ego
You think you know!
That’s right, you only “think you know”
Because the seed of knowingness is hidden in the tenderness of the heart
It’s the heart which gives birth to awareness

You want to prove
Grab , possess & show off
And love to play this game of one-upmanship

This leads to a desert called “nowhere”
Heats the head and bleeds the soul

The heart which is drenched in love & wisdom is free and strong
And it can fill cracks
Heal wounds
Join minds
Create a life of celebration

You silly ego
Silly you will always be
And one day you will get this truth

Walking on the path is walking from head to heart
And the GIVER is always BIGGER !

The trip to Madhya Pradesh by road This particular trip has been very very memorable for a number of reasons ... starting from the fact that I came back home the night before 12:30 from Bangalore (same day actually!) and was ready to hit the road on our Vento with assuring hubby dear on its wheels along with ma and bapi ,the next day morning 7:30 am ... International Women's day - Is it a woman's world ? Like the numerous days that are celeberated across the globe, "International Women's day" has also caught on fire. Getting the required boost from the commercial establishments it has become almost a festival.
