Loss or win ?

You make such a big deal out of winning

Not knowing winning and losing are two sides of the same coin 

When someone wins

There is always someone who loses

When someone cries tears of joy 

There is for sure someone tears of anguish somewhere

 

Everyone prepares to win all through their life

What an irony!

A loss also needs preparedness

 

Thumping one’s chest in a raw display of pride after a win

Is no skill at all

Losing with dignity, smile and grace

Is no child’s play

Losing and not thinking that’s end of the world

Now that means you have learnt something in life

 

Loss or win, success or failure

Are just some moments in the play of life

You play your part and move on

 

In the final moment of your life

You will hardly remember what you won or lost

You will only remember 

“Have I learnt the lessons I was supposed to in this life?”

The trip to Madhya Pradesh by road This particular trip has been very very memorable for a number of reasons ... starting from the fact that I came back home the night before 12:30 from Bangalore (same day actually!) and was ready to hit the road on our Vento with assuring hubby dear on its wheels along with ma and bapi ,the next day morning 7:30 am ... International Women's day - Is it a woman's world ? Like the numerous days that are celeberated across the globe, "International Women's day" has also caught on fire. Getting the required boost from the commercial establishments it has become almost a festival.
